On May 10, 2023 your Online banking and mobile app personal access code (PAC) requirements are changing.  Strong PAC will replace the existing 5-digit code used to sign into online banking and mobile app.

Your new Strong PAC Requirements:

•  Between 8-20 alphanumeric characters in length
•  Must include at least one upper and one lowercase letter
•  Must include at least one number
•  You can choose to include special symbols, excluding “/” and “\”

This longer, alphanumeric personal access code format will provide added protection to members and preparing credit unions to introduce exciting new digital features in the near future.  Click here to learn more

If you have QuickView enabled,it must be removed  prior to upgrading to their new PAC. Failure to removeQuickView prior to upgrading may result in a failed login attempt. Once upgraded to Strong PAC, QuickView can be re-enabled.
